How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?
We have a firm policy, you MUST be 18 years or over to receive a tattoo. Proof of age is required. We do not accept parental consent for those underage.
How do I make a booking?
A booking can be arranged by completing a booking enquiry form or by sending us an email with your enquiry. Once we've received all the information we require, we will review the information and provide you with a quote. Upon acceptance of a quote, we will then arrange a scheduled time and date. How much do you charge?
We charge by the piece based on the size, degree of difficulty, how many sessions are required and colour is an additional cost. Our minimum charge is AU$150, or AU$200 when on tour. We can provide you with a quote or an estimate.
Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my appointment? How much of a deposit do I need?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm an appointment. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits range from AU$100, it depends on your quote/estimate. The deposit amount will be provided to you along with your quote. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
What payment options do you have?
We accept cash or direct deposits. We also have PAYPAL facilities available.
How do I take care of my tattoo?
We provide all our clients with tattoo aftercare instructions prior to their scheduled appointment and also discuss them during the appointment. If you'd like a copy of our aftercare instructions, CLICK HERE.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my confirmed appointment?
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE unless we are given at least 14 business days notice in writing. This acts as a hold for the artist and their time. Failing to provide us with the minimum notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
